Salary hike very less feel like peanuts. Good employees resigning regularly how have excellent technical and project knowledge because they are not getting good salary.

No growth in terms of Salary and Skills even after working for 12.5 years, but now they are running several programs for upskilling. Projects are filled with dirty politics its very rare if individual is evaluated entirely based on his hard work and contribution.

Heaven for those who don’t want to grow and dnt ask for hike or promotion

Gone r days when TCS used to be Govt job company. No hike no promotion even for top rated employees. Management will only ask for output, for any questions from team they will put on corporate.

It's work life balance and job security . It's the most secure company , company know value of an employee and in difficult situations also we not afraid to loose job . Satisfaction

Salary Structure ( too much variable) e.g. CTC 42,00,00,0 | In hand salary will be 1.95 L/M or 2.00 L/M False in hand calculations of HR Poor Policies for Employees No Salary declaration using form 12BB, so tax cut every month until the employee shows actual investment. They send only a laptop and mouse for work from home. In the TCS laptop, only policies are updated in the background. (highly restricted machine)
