Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

All this in the name of difficult market conditions, meanwhile CEO getting near to 30% hike, hypocrisy much? Is TCS management turning away from famed TATA ethics?
