Nothing you can expect even a salary. No ontime promotion, onsite plans,Banding, salary pay, you will see something in CTC letter but you wont get 30% min. in annual salary. HR and project team won't respond for promotions. Project won't hear your onsite expectations.

Employee death benefits to safeguard employee's family is good

1) Quarterly performance pay for c3 grade and above is around 50% average 2) All wfh options revoked unless for medical reasons with doctor certificate 3) Salary hike/performance pay and other monetary benefits will get affected if wfo index is below 85% 4) Bad IT corporate culture when compared with competitors (No basic amenities such as printers/ coffee vending machines for employees, No umbrellas during rainy season to move from one building to another) 5) Poor salary hikes for c3 grade and above 6) Any device malfunction if its out of warranty then either project has to take care of the cost or employee has to pay from his pocket 7) No proper mobile apps for day to day activities apart from submitting timesheet and few other, and poor internal apps mostly 8) Microsoft office tools license given to only few above certain grade after approval otherwise employee has to content with lotus notes web app tools and outlook web app with limitied space etc and no teams if they dont have the license. 9) Very poor virtual joining process, had a very bad experience etc.,

Job security and work culture. No need to sit for all 8 hours in cabin if we finish the work earlier. Having lot of opportunity to study different technology

No appraisals or bonus. No proper promotions or appreciations. Salary is less compared to the work which we are doing

...ciates. HR has no power or value. Age old process, fake & valueless trainings. Salary will grow like peanuts even if company pay dividends and high salary hike to top executives. Even your variable salary will be cut to 50% even if company is performing better than market expectation. So many more..
