There is no career growth, very poor salary structure which is not even meeting inflation percent. There is gender parity prevailing in most accounts when male managers prefer male candidates for everything including important project opportunity or onsite etc.

There is no knowledge improvement and skill development facility available in TCS. Its salary and hike also not good. Excepting job security nothing is good in TCS.
