Without reason hold salary and no one reply .if you ask then tell for the Salary deduction without reason . U cant expect support from any one management and senior . Senior comes with drink . Human resources not help. No one listen Unprofessionalism.

worst company to work with. Not at all employee centric. They don't pay your FnF amount accordingly and lot of politics. No professionalism within employees and tenured employees don't give a shot about newbies and they are basically working as a union all tenured against new employees. Pathetic work environment no job security no growth only pressure and no work management.

...t i’ve seen certain companies but i have not found best then igt to be honest. but yeah there are some things wich people say about igt even i was that about salary it provide not that much wich some other companies are providing but there is thing behind it wich i observed after leaving that salary is not everything if we are looking for a long term career either we can get a high salary in some non brand companies or we can build our carrier working with a brand company like igt.in future if i get a chance to work with igt i would love to join it.

Not proper dislikes yaeh but in starting people feel some pressure beacause it feels like after working that much not getting that much salary and all but we all have to do that if we want to build a good career
