The company is good also the employees but need to change the leader

Dislikes

The company of good but one of the cofounder Nirav Shah wasn’t great. He has got great experience but no leadership, he gives random people the random work also when the things goes the responsible person will be the third person which has nothing to do with. He never appreciates for the good work but gives tonts for the remaining or backlog which was really annoying plus they expected us to work for more than working hours but didn’t want to pay for the same! I was there for 3-4 months but I got depressed...Read More
