disorganized place specially my department they change your task in between managers are unsure why they exist and what value they add they call late evening and nights to prove their exsistence most managers are not from tech background so usualy project maangers , scrum masters , product guys from non tech background usual likeservice company . Company culture is good. Office is very nice. CEO is also very knowledgeable. Company in grow mode.

Dislikes

The managers and seniors in tech talk very loudly and have very bad behavior . They lose temper in every call. Shouting and insulting is normal for the day. They hire and fire people at whims and fancies if you don't do what they say even if it's unethical. The high pitch behavior and lack of respect is making everyone in tech leave .
