Nothing is likeable there no support from seniors and terrible work-life balance and on other hand seniors don't care about the team. Seniors take leave whenever they like but make pressure to us ..not to apply for any leave.

Bad part was honesty was not likes hence I quit. As scrum master my job is to align business and technology however I was ask to do negative things. So I quit. Decide for yourself.
