Likes

Having different types of projects with different technologies, which makes to learn new things. with these 4 months I have learn a lot from the project and my own.

Skill development - Excellent

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Salary is the one and only problem which I facing here in this company.

I am interested with this company, but I am not able to manage the salary which they have giving. everything ok with this company except salary

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
