Good Work Space to learn new things in day to day. Teammates are well cooperative during the site visits. Policies are very good compared to other employer.

We're having an bond of 2 years for fresher people and that's good thing actually because he/she can learn the subject in vast mode in very less span of time. Hikes are not too expected and there'll be option of negotiations between the employee and managers. Training options for new joinees are growing up now a days.
