Sr Process Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Process engineering experience in designing batch /continuous distillation columns, extraction columns and evaporators
2. Excellent knowledge of process specifications, drawings (PFD, PIDs, etc.) and process deliverables.
3. Together with the process team, develop sizing calculations for Process equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors, etc.) and provide information in the form of an equipment data sheet.
4. Making specifications and datasheets of the process equipment
5. Preparation of the equipment Layout along with the drafting Team
6. Review and approve the bought-out team to the project department
7. Excellent knowledge of Process Design basis, Heat and mass heat balance, Material selection diagrams, Line list, Equipment list, Process data sheets for equipment, Instrument data sheet, Control philosophy, Cause effect sheets, Utilities and chemicals consumption summaries
8. Process design in any relevant software by handling simulations and calculations
9. Site visits and interaction with clients at every stage of a project
10. Leadership skills to handle a team of 5-10 people
11. Excellent data analysis and communication skills (Fluent in English)
