Mechanical Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design Engineering, Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Design skills
• Experience in pressure vessel design and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Knowledge of Distillation column, Heat exchanger, Reactor, Receivers, Storage tanks
• Plant layout, piping routing and design in 2D/3D
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motor, gearbox selection(Design calculations)
• Knowledge of materials (MS, CS, SS, Hastelloy etc )and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications in relevant areas are advantageous

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in fabrication of process equipment in pharma & chemical industry
