Worst company. Do not follow IT Rules. Very worst management. last 20 years only they maintain 10 employees. Still, this company is like Startup. 1. Salary did not come proper date 2. Appraisal - 2 years once very low % 3. They will tell onsite Canada. - Fake promise 4. Not Smooth relieving 5. work-life balance worst - anytime they will call and they will tell work

Not a IT company Just maintains 15 employees from starting of the company till now. 1. If you join as an intern, you will intern forever. They will keep you as intern for 1 year and after that also they extended the internship. 2. If you need a career in IT, don't ever join this company. This is not a company as well. 3. They will not treat you as employees. 4. The salary will be credited only on 5th of the month. No companies will do this delay. 5. No PF, No payslips, No salary accounts, No HR, No leave policies, No sick leaves. 6. No increments/bikes (They will tell, your performance is not satisfied for the hike this year, may see next year) 7. They will terminate at any time. Highly not recommended - toxic work environment. The work culture is extremely unhealthy and they give unrealistic task. They expect to work 24/7 if you ask about work life balance they target you. HR department is unresponsive and inefficient . If you try to leave with proper notice they make it difficult they won’t allow you to exit smoothly. If they won’t like you then they cheat on bonus.
