If you want job security, look elsewhere. This company is all about layoffs.

Dislikes

Office politics overshadow actual performance; it’s demotivating. The work-life balance here is a nightmare. I haven’t had a proper weekend in months, and the night shifts are exhausting. The workload is unbearable, and support from management is non-existent. It feels like you’re just a number here. Likes

Some employees are favored while others are overlooked, creating division. Employees are disposable here. Job security is a joke, and HR does nothing to address it.

Dislikes

If you’re a newcomer, expect to be treated poorly. The attitude here is unbearable. Endless micromanagement. There’s no trust in employees’ abilities. Managers are often dismissive of concerns raised by team members.

The lack of transparency regarding job security creates a stressful environment. If you value your sanity, look elsewhere—this place will drain you.

Dislikes

The manipulation of corporate policies to deny employees their rightful benefits is disgraceful. It’s a toxic work environment. I thought I’d have a fair chance in the hiring process, but it became obvious that bias was at play. The lack of communication from leadership is astounding. You're left in the dark about everything.
