I was denied a day off for personal reasons. This place has no compassion for its workers.

Dislikes

Stress levels are through the roof. You’ll be expected to work overtime regularly without extra pay. The culture here is cutthroat. Watch your back at all times. Management plays favorites, which creates a hostile work environment. Communication is nonexistent; my ticket just disappeared into the void.

Unfair treatment based on office politics, not performance. The focus is solely on results, with no regard for employee well-being.

Dislikes

I experienced significant anxiety due to the unrealistic expectations set by management. They claim to be a big player, but they treat employees like disposable parts.

The work hours are ridiculous, and the expectation to be available 24/7 is draining and unsustainable. The atmosphere is filled with tension due to constant micromanagement.

Dislikes

You’re expected to prioritize work above all else, which is not sustainable. Outdated systems that make work incredibly inefficient. Leadership seems disconnected from the realities of the day-to-day work experience. Work-life balance? Forget it. Expect to be on-call 24/7 with no appreciation.

Remote work policies are inconsistent and frustrating.

Dislikes

Inadequate performance and zero accountability during the hike. Avoid this team. After six months, I was asked to interview again for the same role, but no one bothered to show up. I went through a lengthy interview process, only to be ghosted. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates. I feel like I’m wasting my time applying here. The company doesn’t follow up, making it seem like they’re not genuinely interested in filling roles.

Dislikes

Micromanagement runs rampant. Instead of empowering employees, the management chooses to suffocate them with pointless rules. The employees are unmotivated and lack basic decency. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in workplace ethics. They hire just enough people to keep things running, but everyone ends up overworked and underappreciated.

It’s disappointing how little value they place on employee input. Constant threats from management created a hostile work environment. I would never recommend this firm.

Dislikes

Communication from leadership is sparse and often unclear, leaving employees in the dark about important decisions. Management's attitude is dismissive and unprofessional. If you have a life outside of work, forget about it—this job will consume you. The management here lacks basic human decency. After leaving, I felt abandoned and ignored. It’s been a struggle to get what I'm owed.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
