The turnover rate is alarming. It’s clear that people can’t wait to leave. A revolving door of talent speaks volumes. It’s not a good sign.

Dislikes

You'll find yourself doing tasks that have nothing to do with your skills or training. The company is overly political, making it impossible to get things done efficiently. The HR department is a joke. If you face issues, expect to be left in the dark with no support. Unbelievable! The politics here are absurd, and promotions are nearly impossible. The high attrition rate says it all.

Likes

Self-resignation was my only escape from the toxic favoritism at play. The pressure to perform despite being unwell is insane. I couldn’t take it anymore.

Dislikes

You can forget about any meaningful career advancement here. The management needs to seriously rethink their approach to remote workers; it’s discouraging.

I left the interview feeling demoralized and disrespected. Never going back. I was hired for a specific role, but my duties quickly expanded to include tasks that were never part of the job description.

Dislikes

The culture at this company is seriously lacking. It’s all about the bottom line, not the people. Beware this is not a team environment; it's a survival of the fittest, and the management plays favorites. It’s hard to build a career here with such instability and insecurity.

It’s disheartening to see the company’s values being ignored daily. It’s frustrating to work for a company that doesn’t value diversity in thought and background.

Dislikes

Overall, it’s a place where hard work doesn’t pay off, and frustration is the norm. Everyone is out for themselves; there’s no teamwork here. A lack of clear roles made the workplace chaotic and frustrating.

No support from management when issues arise, leading to frustration and low morale. There’s a lack of appreciation for hard work. It's demotivating.

Dislikes

I felt bullied by my manager; HR didn’t take my complaints seriously. The toxic culture and constant backstabbing create a stressful work environment. The lack of clear goals and direction from management leads to confusion and wasted efforts. Job satisfaction is non-existent. Long hours and no appreciation lead to burnout quickly. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
