Dislikes

They keep pushing back my requests for a project change, and I feel completely undervalued. The stress is unbearable, and the lack of support from higher-ups is disheartening.

I worked weekends for free, only to have my contributions overlooked. It’s demoralizing to be treated this way. Communication from upper management is poor, leading to misunderstandings and frustration.

Dislikes

I regret taking this job. It’s become a source of stress rather than fulfillment. I can’t recommend this place to anyone; the experience was just that bad. Supervisors often play favorites, creating a toxic competitive environment.

I faced mental harassment daily, which created a hostile work environment that no one should have to endure.

Dislikes

If you value your mental health, avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never experienced such poor management. They’re unorganized and constantly shifting blame instead of taking responsibility. Management plays favorites, leading to a highly competitive and unpleasant atmosphere.

Contractors are treated as disposable, with little regard for their contributions or future job prospects. The management's favoritism is obvious. Hard work goes unrecognized, while the least deserving get promoted.

Dislikes

You’ll end up feeling like you’ve wasted your time. There’s no challenge and no growth. Recognition is rare, and it leaves employees feeling undervalued and unmotivated. I felt like my health issues were seen as a burden rather than a legitimate concern. The camaraderie among employees is overshadowed by the overwhelming stress and unrealistic demands.

Dislikes

Working here was a nightmare. The managers are arrogant and dismissive, making it impossible to grow. The atmosphere here is toxic, with constant conflict and a lack of communication. Dislikes

Without clients, you’re left to fend for yourself with management's vague promises. There’s a lack of direction, and leadership seems lost.
