No opportunities for advancement; you're stuck in the same position indefinitely. I had high hopes when I joined, but the reality is disheartening. No career growth and a toxic environment.

Dislikes

HR is unapproachable, and raising concerns just leads to more trouble. High turnover rates speak volumes about the management’s approach. HR does nothing but protect management. No support for employees. Senior management is out of touch with the realities of the staff.

Senior leadership seems completely disconnected from the day-to-day realities of their staff.

Dislikes

Trying to resolve issues with HR feels like a never-ending maze. You’ll waste so much time for little help. Management is nonexistent. Expect long hours with little to no guidance.

Management is incredibly dismissive. Your ideas and efforts will go straight into the void.

Dislikes

The favoritism in this company is astounding. Only those who brown-nose get any perks. The focus is only on profits, not people. It’s demoralizing. Salary is decent, but the unrealistic demands make it not worth it. The variable pay is just a way to keep us under constant stress. It seems like WFH options are reserved for favorites; not fair at all!

Dislikes

The lack of communication during onboarding was frustrating. I felt lost and unsupported throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The stress is unbearable. Managers are more focused on deadlines than employee development. Many employees are unhappy, but no one feels safe to voice their concerns. The atmosphere is toxic, filled with negativity and gossip. It’s draining to be around. It feels like management is always looking for a reason to fire people.

Dislikes

The pay structure is unfair; long-time contractors feel exploited. The lack of clear expectations leads to confusion and frustration among employees. It’s a disorganized mess. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
