As a contractor, I felt invisible and undervalued. My efforts went unnoticed, and it was disheartening.

Dislikes

It's disheartening to see hard work go unnoticed while others coast by. The company’s values are merely lip service; action speaks louder than words. They prioritize profits over people, and it shows. The lack of HR involvement is concerning. It feels like our issues go unheard and unaddressed.

The atmosphere is incredibly unwelcoming; newcomers are treated like intruders. I’ve seen unethical practices ignored. It’s shocking what goes on behind closed doors.

They preach autonomy, yet micromanage everything. Hypocritical! Age should not define how we interact; their approach is flawed.

Dislikes

Job security feels non-existent; the constant turnover speaks volumes about the company culture. I’ve witnessed coworkers being treated like expendable resources. It's heartbreaking to see. Leadership ignores employee feedback, focusing only on their own agendas.

Poor onboarding process. New employees feel lost and unsupported.

Dislikes

I felt isolated and unsupported during my time here. Team collaboration is minimal, leading to a very lonely work environment. I’ve witnessed several capable employees leave due to the toxic leadership here.

Dislikes

I had to leave due to the constant stress and lack of support for my health issues. It’s a shame it had to come to that. Unreasonable expectations without the necessary support. You're set up to fail.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
