They promised growth opportunities, but it’s all just talk.

Dislikes

If you’re hoping for a supportive work environment, look elsewhere. My team leader frequently harasses me, especially during off-hours. Employees are treated like resources rather than individuals. It’s demoralizing and counterproductive. Upper management is completely disconnected from the realities of the employees.

Policies are outdated and prioritize bureaucracy over employee welfare.

Dislikes

Hard work goes unnoticed. There’s no reward or acknowledgment for dedication. I signed on for a promising position, but I ended up doing tasks far beneath my qualifications.

The workload is overwhelming, and support is nonexistent.

Dislikes

Constantly changing policies create confusion and frustration. A total mess. The culture promotes competition over collaboration, which is detrimental to teamwork. Poor leadership, full of backstabbing and favoritism. The company’s priorities are misplaced. Employee welfare is not on their radar. Many talented individuals leave due to the negative atmosphere.

Despite my qualifications, I keep getting overlooked for promotions. It’s disheartening. Overall, it’s a frustrating place to work where talent is overlooked and underutilized.

Dislikes

Management only cares about profits, not people. It’s demoralizing. Training and development opportunities are virtually non-existent; you're on your own.
