The favoritism here is blatant. It creates a hostile work environment.

Dislikes

They regularly violate labor laws while claiming to uphold corporate standards. Long hours are the norm. Expect to work late into the night and on weekends. Your personal life will suffer. Staff turnover is high, and it’s no wonder. People can only take so much before they leave. Working here has been a complete nightmare. They don’t care about employee well-being.

This company constantly bombards employees with after-hours messages. It's exhausting and completely disrespectful of personal time.

Dislikes

The culture here is all about blame. I’ve never experienced such a lack of support or acknowledgment. It’s impossible to have a work-life balance with the demands placed on you. The promise of career growth is just a facade; don’t believe the hype. They expect you to be available 24/7> Your personal life doesn't matter here.

Dislikes

They have unrealistic expectations for employees while offering no support or resources. It’s a setup for failure. My experience with this company was a nightmare; they treat employees like disposable tools. There's a severe lack of training, leaving employees feeling unprepared. The lack of raises in years is unacceptable and demotivating.

I was unfairly reprimanded for something I didn’t do, all because a manager wanted to maintain their image. There’s no room for growth here. Talented employees are overlooked while the same people keep getting promoted.

Dislikes

Favoritism runs rampant; promotions rely solely on personal relationships. Management in Noida is dismissive of employee feedback; it feels pointless to even voice concerns. The project I worked on had a toxic culture filled with gossip and politics, which ruined teamwork and morale. Terrible management and a toxic work environment. They really need to rethink their policies on remote work.
