Promotions seem to be more about who you know rather than what you accomplish.
Disrespectful treatment from management is commonplace and tolerated.
Dislikes
I regret ever accepting this job. The stress is unbearable, and the lack of support makes it even worse.
I’ve never felt more undervalued in my career. The lack of recognition and appreciation is staggering.
Racism and bias are rampant here. Management turns a blind eye, creating a very uncomfortable work environment.
Employees are constantly walking on eggshells; it’s stressful.

Employee morale is at an all-time low; it’s hard to stay motivated.
Dislikes
There’s no clarity in how they select candidates. It feels completely arbitrary and biased.
This company ruined my professional life. The management is unapproachable, and all my hard work went unnoticed. I left feeling demoralized.
The company talks about teamwork, but everyone is out for themselves. Don’t expect camaraderie.
They say they value their contractors, but the treatment speaks otherwise. No one follows up on queries.

I used to enjoy my job, but now it feels like a constant struggle. The lack of motivation is suffocating.
The promotion process is completely arbitrary and favors the most unqualified people. It’s demoralizing.
Dislikes
I experienced constant micromanagement. It felt like I could never do anything right.
You’ll feel exhausted by the end of each day, both mentally and physically.
. You’ll be micromanaged by people who don’t know how to lead. Work-life balance is non-existent, and HR is useless.
