I felt unappreciated and undervalued, despite my contributions.

Dislikes

Poor management leads to constant confusion and chaos in the workplace. Projects are assigned without consideration for individual strengths or preferences, which leads to dissatisfaction. Employees are expected to figure everything out on their own with minimal guidance.

The workload is overwhelming, with no support from management.

Dislikes

I felt like a cog in a machine. No individuality or recognition. Everyone is out for themselves. Collaboration is a joke here. Beware of the fake hiring emails requesting payment. This company is untrustworthy. Poor compensation, and required certifications serve the firm more than the individual. Training is regular but often unhelpful, and the political environment is toxic. They’ll say you’re safe, then put you on a performance plan without warning.

Dislikes

Poor leadership and a lack of communication make for a toxic work environment. The benefits package is subpar. It feels like they’re cutting corners everywhere. This company promotes a culture of blame rather than collaboration. It’s disheartening to work here.

Promotions seem based on connections, not merit.

Dislikes

My department is plagued by favoritism. If you’re not part of the in crowd, you’re overlooked. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work experience. You’ll feel more like a pawn than a valuable team member here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
