The focus on metrics over people makes this place unbearable. The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no appreciation for hard work.

Dislikes

Leaves are hard to come by, and when you do take one, you're punished for it. You can receive the best performance reviews, but it won't save you from being let go if someone in charge dislikes you. The communication from HR is abysmal. I had no idea what was happening during my exit.

Dislikes

Management’s lack of transparency breeds mistrust and frustration. Complaining about harassment only invites more problems. Team-building activities feel forced and do nothing to improve morale.

The focus on trivial matters is a distraction from actual work.

Dislikes

The service desk is poorly managed and frustrating to deal with. The manager’s threats were a regular occurrence; it’s hard to stay motivated in such an environment. The hiring process felt like a scam; I was asked for payments upfront. The lack of communication from management is appalling. No one knows what’s going on.

They talk about growth, but the reality is just repetitive tasks and minimal challenges.

Dislikes

Senior management has no regard for employee well-being. It’s all about the bottom line. The leadership here is utterly incompetent; I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The office is chaotic, and there’s no structure to support employees. You’ll feel lost. They claim to support remote work but constantly undermine it with office pressure.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
