Daily travel feels pointless and exhausting.

Dislikes

Management prioritizes politics over employee welfare. Employees are afraid to voice concerns or suggest improvements for fear of retribution. The lack of support from management was disheartening. They expect results but provide no resources to achieve them.

My interviewer showed up late and didn't even apologize. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

Dislikes

Instead of fostering a collaborative environment, they encourage competition that leads to division. I left after a year because the support from leadership was virtually nonexistent.

I witnessed numerous instances of bullying that were ignored by HR. It’s unacceptable.

Dislikes

I felt more like a number than an employee. The lack of personalization in management is disheartening. There’s little to no communication from upper management. You’re left in the dark about everything. Innovation is discouraged, and employees are forced to stick to outdated processes. I came in hopeful, but the reality is a lack of direction and support. I was misled into thinking my role would lead to growth opportunities, but I was let go without warning when my contract expired.

Dislikes

Hard work goes unnoticed. There’s no incentive to put in extra effort when there’s no reward. Managers often play favorites, leading to a split in team cohesion and trust. Diversity and inclusion are not prioritized here, which creates a very homogenous and unwelcoming environment. The bureaucracy here is suffocating. So much time wasted on unnecessary forms and reports.

The promise of growth is just a sales pitch; nothing changes. Management avoids addressing issues, hoping they’ll go away.

Dislikes

Micromanagement is rampant, making it hard to feel trusted or empowered. There’s a severe lack of communication from management. We’re left in the dark about everything.

My boss's poor leadership skills resulted in a hostile work environment. There was no room for growth or encouragement. The training is inadequate, leaving you to fend for yourself in a demanding role.

Dislikes

The lack of proper team outings is disheartening. They say they value team building but do nothing. Too much bureaucracy; it's exhausting to keep up with paperwork. The office culture promotes stress and burnout rather than collaboration. After weeks of waiting, they finally told me my application was on hold. What a letdown! Unreasonable expectations with no work-life balance in sight.

I wish I could give zero stars. This job has been a complete waste of time.

Dislikes

I reached out for clarification, and HR was dismissive. I felt like I was bothering them. This place is a nightmare. I’ve been here six months and I still don’t understand what I’m doing. The constant drama in the office is exhausting. I dread coming to work every day. The atmosphere is demoralizing, and motivation is at an all-time low.

There's constant favoritism in promotions; it feels like hard work doesn’t matter if you don’t have the right connections.

Dislikes

The stress levels are unbearable due to unrealistic expectations. My experience here has been frustrating; they often overlook employee contributions. Workloads are unrealistic, and deadlines are often impossible to meet. The turnover rate is a clear sign of deeper problems within the company.
