Likes

The focus on gossip over performance creates a depressing workplace atmosphere. It’s exhausting to navigate the politics just to get your work recognized.

Dislikes

The lack of appreciation for hard work here is astonishing. You’ll feel invisible. Compensation is way below industry standards. No opportunities for advancement. Favoritism is rampant.

Micromanagement is the norm; you’re never trusted to do your job. Working under Mr. Jeetu Panda has been an absolute nightmare. There’s a pervasive negativity among employees. Morale is low, and it feels like everyone is just counting down the days until they can leave. This place is a dead-end; you’ll be stuck in the same position forever.

Dislikes

I dread coming to work every day because of the negativity around me. There’s no mentorship or growth here. Team leads are more interested in their own careers than helping their team members succeed. The job description was misleading. I ended up doing tasks far below my skill level and felt stuck. You can work hard every day, but it won’t matter if management has already made their decisions.
