I joined excited about the opportunity, but the reality was a lack of direction and support.

Dislikes

I was repeatedly overlooked for promotions despite hard work. The favoritism is astounding. The absence of a clear career path leaves employees feeling lost and unmotivated.

The hours are ridiculously long, and they don’t offer any real benefits in return.

Dislikes

They claim to value feedback, but nothing ever changes. It’s a shame that a potentially great workplace is ruined by poor leadership and management. The favoritism here is so blatant; it's uncomfortable to work alongside certain colleagues. They talk a big game about innovation, but their tools are stuck in the stone age. Very frustrating!

I was misled about job responsibilities during the interview. It’s nothing like what they described.

Dislikes

Promotions are handed out like candy to those who know how to play the game, not to those who work hard. It’s incredibly frustrating. You’ll quickly learn that your contributions don’t matter. Recognition is rare. Endless meetings that lead nowhere and waste everyone's time. I was promised opportunities for advancement that never materialized. Very misleading.

There’s an overwhelming amount of pressure, and the lack of support makes it unbearable. Avoid this place! The company frequently hires inexperienced managers who don’t know how to lead effectively. It creates a lot of frustration.

Dislikes

They promise advancement, but it’s just a tactic to keep you from leaving. Empty words, no action. The constant changes in project direction make it difficult to stay focused and productive.

My experience here has been nothing but frustrating. I was misled about my role, and now I feel stuck in a position that doesn’t fit my expertise.

Dislikes

The hierarchy here is completely ridiculous. It makes no sense that my experience counts for nothing when I'm doing the same work as a newbie. Team morale is at an all-time low due to constant negativity. The variable pay is a joke. You can’t rely on it, and it doesn’t reflect your hard work. The healthcare team is filled with incompetent individuals who hinder progress.

The company operates with zero regard for its employees. They make empty promises, then backpedal once you're on board.

Dislikes

You’ll feel unappreciated and undervalued every single day you’re there. No opportunities for training or skill development. You’ll stagnate quickly. The benefits package is underwhelming compared to industry standards.
