Employees are often left in the dark regarding important company changes. The onboarding process was nonexistent. I felt lost and unsupported from day one.

Dislikes

You feel constantly watched and criticized, which stifles creativity and motivation. Job satisfaction is non-existent; it's all about meeting arbitrary targets. They talk about work-life balance, but their actions say otherwise. The demands are relentless, leaving no time for personal life.

Feedback is rarely given, making it hard to improve or succeed. The favoritism in this company is shocking. HR’s lack of action is unacceptable.

Dislikes

The management doesn’t care about employee well-being. We’re forced to work back-to-back shifts with no consideration for our personal lives. I’m tired of working through lunch breaks just to keep up with the workload.

If you want job security, look elsewhere. This company is all about layoffs.

Dislikes

Office politics overshadow actual performance; it’s demotivating. The work-life balance here is a nightmare. I haven’t had a proper weekend in months, and the night shifts are exhausting. The workload is unbearable, and support from management is non-existent. It feels like you’re just a number here. The domain leaders are more interested in cliques than in actually supporting their teams.

Dislikes

Management's lack of transparency breeds distrust among employees. The company prioritizes profits over people, leading to a neglect of employee welfare. The benefits package is minimal and doesn’t reflect the hard work we put in. I joined for a 9 to 5 but consistently worked till midnight. Completely unsustainable!

Training sessions scheduled at the crack of dawn, making it impossible to be productive.

Dislikes

Promotions are often a mystery; there’s no transparency. There are no clear paths for advancement, and employees are left wondering if they’ll ever get a promotion. There's a culture of fear here. If you speak out, you risk being sidelined or worse. Management seems more focused on appearances than on fostering a productive work environment.
