Employees are often left in the dark regarding important company changes.
The onboarding process was nonexistent. I felt lost and unsupported from day one.
Dislikes
You feel constantly watched and criticized, which stifles creativity and motivation.
Job satisfaction is non-existent; it's all about meeting arbitrary targets.
They talk about work-life balance, but their actions say otherwise. The demands are relentless, leaving no time for personal life.

Feedback is rarely given, making it hard to improve or succeed.
The favoritism in this company is shocking. HR’s lack of action is unacceptable.
Dislikes
The management doesn’t care about employee well-being. We’re forced to work back-to-back shifts with no consideration for our personal lives.
I’m tired of working through lunch breaks just to keep up with the workload.

If you want job security, look elsewhere. This company is all about layoffs.
Dislikes
Office politics overshadow actual performance; it’s demotivating.
The work-life balance here is a nightmare. I haven’t had a proper weekend in months, and the night shifts are exhausting.
The workload is unbearable, and support from management is non-existent. It feels like you’re just a number here.
Many managers lack basic leadership skills and often resort to bullying tactics instead of guiding their teams.
