The demands are relentless, leading to high turnover as employees burn out quickly. I was dealing with personal issues, and the HR rep showed no understanding. Very unprofessional.

Dislikes

Constantly hearing threats of layoffs creates an atmosphere of fear. I’ve seen several colleagues leave due to the overwhelming pressure. It’s not worth it. It feels like management has no clue about what they’re doing. No work-life balance whatsoever. I ended up burnt out and miserable. The favoritism in this organization is obvious, making it impossible to work effectively.

The lack of communication from upper management is frustrating. Important decisions are made without any input from staff.

Dislikes

There's a culture of fear where employees are discouraged from voicing concerns or suggestions. No work-life balance here. They expect you to be available 24/7. The atmosphere is demoralizing, with a focus on blame rather than solutions.

The company culture is suffocating, filled with negativity and gossip. If you value your career, steer clear of this place. They will stifle your growth.

Dislikes

There’s a clear lack of upward mobility, even in a supposedly non-political environment. You’ll feel stuck here with no hope for improvement. It’s disheartening! There’s no clarity on job responsibilities. You’ll often find yourself lost and unsupported. Prepare to be frustrated. There’s no accountability in leadership, and it shows.

The management changes policies on a whim. It’s chaotic and unprofessional. Working with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The HR policies are archaic and ineffective.

I received conflicting information about the role and compensation during the interview process. Very unprofessional. HR is ineffective and rarely supports employee concerns. Stuck in the same position with no chance to advance or develop skills. I went through several rounds of interviews only to be told they chose someone else without any feedback. Just a waste of time.

Dislikes

I witnessed workplace harassment firsthand, largely due to management’s inaction. It’s a hostile environment. Even with great performance reviews, salary increases are rarely given. Many managers lack the necessary skills to lead effectively and support their teams. The office is full of politics and favoritism. Real talent goes unnoticed while the same few get promoted endlessly.

The office is filled with negativity. People are constantly complaining about the workload and lack of respect.

Dislikes

There’s a lack of collaboration between departments, making it difficult to get anything done efficiently. Discrimination runs rampant here. Health issues are dismissed, and management doesn’t care about medical documentation. I had to leave because my concerns were ignored. The only thing large about this company is its bureaucracy.

Dislikes

The raises are minimal and don’t reflect the hard work employees put in. The culture here is toxic; people are pitted against each other instead of collaborating. Management has no regard for employee well-being. I left because I felt undervalued and ignored. There’s no team spirit; it's more like a competition to see who can throw others under the bus.
