The company claims to value employees, but the reality is they only care about profits. It’s demoralizing.

Dislikes

The company values don’t seem to align with actual practices. Management ignores serious issues. Morale is at an all-time low.

It’s alarming how easily employees can be dismissed without any warning. Job security is practically nonexistent. The fear of being fired hangs over everyone like a dark cloud.

Dislikes

Employees are scared to speak up due to potential repercussions from management. Management is often dismissive of employee feedback, creating a frustrating atmosphere. I joined hoping for growth, but it’s just a dead-end job with no future. I left this company feeling undervalued and frustrated. It’s a shame because it had potential, but the leadership is lacking.

I’ve never experienced such poor management. They don’t listen or support their team. The workload is overwhelming, and support from management is nonexistent. It’s like they want us to fail.

Dislikes

They should communicate better; the sudden end of my contract was shocking. I used to enjoy my job, but the negativity here is overwhelming. It feels like a punishment to come in every day. I had to pick up the slack for my team leader’s incompetence. It’s frustrating to work with someone who doesn’t lead effectively.

Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit; it’s disheartening. If you enjoy being belittled, this is the place for you.

Dislikes

I can’t believe I stayed as long as I did. The environment is stifling and hostile. Work here if you enjoy endless hours without any recognition or gratitude from the bosses. The environment is unfriendly to new ideas. Innovation is stifled by outdated thinking. Management seems indifferent to employee concerns, creating a frustrating atmosphere. It’s clear that management favors younger employees, leaving older ones in the dust.

Dislikes

The culture is toxic. I dread coming to work every day due to the negative atmosphere. They’ll put you on any assignment, regardless of your qualifications, just to fill seats. They have a tendency to ignore employee feedback entirely.

The projects are uninteresting, and the management style is outdated—very frustrating.

Dislikes

You can’t trust your colleagues because of the cutthroat culture. Management seems indifferent to employee concerns about workload and stress. It’s disheartening to see unqualified people promoted just because they’re friendly with the bosses.

Management doesn't care about employee welfare. It's all about profits, even at our expense.

Dislikes

They treat employees like cogs in a machine, rather than human beings. Your well-being is last on their list of priorities.

Dislikes

It’s disappointing to see how little effort is put into team bonding or building a positive work culture. No regard for employee well-being; it's all about the bottom line. I felt like I was constantly battling for my voice to be heard. It’s frustrating and exhausting. I've seen many talented individuals leave due to the toxic work environment. It's discouraging to witness such turnover.

They have unrealistic expectations and never provide the resources needed to meet them. The management lacks proper direction. Esakki Selvaraj is especially ineffective as an associate manager.

Dislikes

My colleagues were overworked and burned out. Morale is at an all-time low. The workload is overwhelming, and management is completely out of touch with reality. Management plays favorites, leaving those with real talent feeling ignored.

I felt like I was just spinning my wheels; no real progress ever happened. The lack of recognition for hard work leads to low morale among the staff.

Dislikes

There’s no support for professional development; it’s like being in a time warp. The benefits package is disappointing. It’s not competitive compared to other companies in the industry. This place expects you to be on call 24/7> You’ll burn out in no time!
