Managers act like they’re doing you a favor by allowing you to work here. So demoralizing! The work is monotonous, and there's no opportunity for creative input or development.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is nonexistent; expect to be on call 24/7. You’ll feel isolated and unsupported. Not a place to grow your career. Communication from management is lacking, leaving employees feeling isolated. Feedback is mostly critical and rarely constructive.

Dislikes

There are zero opportunities for professional growth. Once you’re in, you’re stuck in the same position indefinitely. I expected a smooth onboarding process, but it was the complete opposite—total chaos. The workload is unmanageable, with no appreciation for hard work. Poor workplace culture and no appreciation for hard work—avoid this place!

The favoritism is so blatant it’s embarrassing. It creates a toxic environment. Leadership has a way of shifting blame onto employees without taking any responsibility for their decisions.

Dislikes

There’s a complete lack of transparency from management. We never know what’s happening behind the scenes. Equipment and resources are lacking, making it difficult to perform tasks efficiently.
