It’s frustrating to see others promoted who do less work than you. The PCS team needs a complete overhaul. They are ineffective and unhelpful.

Dislikes

Management is secretive about decisions, leaving employees feeling undervalued. The constant pressure to perform leads to burnout; mental health is ignored. The hours are ridiculous. I haven’t had a decent meal in weeks. It’s disheartening to see favoritism affecting team dynamics. It’s difficult to get feedback; you’re left in the dark about your performance.

Dislikes

Serious ethical breaches are overlooked by management. Feedback is rarely taken seriously; it feels pointless to speak up. They don’t care about your career growth—just filling positions is their priority.

There’s a pervasive sense of dread in the office. Morale is at an all-time low.

Dislikes

The constant pressure to work unpaid overtime has created a very unhealthy work environment. Toxic environment where favoritism reigns. Hard work goes unnoticed. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of investment in employee satisfaction and well-being. Employee feedback is ignored; management only cares about pleasing clients.

I feel like I’m in a never-ending cycle of drama and favoritism. Promotions are given based on favoritism rather than merit. It’s disheartening to watch.

Dislikes

Outdated tools and software make it difficult to do your job efficiently. The focus is always on profits, with little regard for employee well-being. This organization’s culture is uninviting and unwelcoming. Employees are overworked and undervalued. I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

Hard work is often ignored. Recognition only goes to those who play politics well. It's a cutthroat environment where only the strong survive, and everyone else is expendable.

Dislikes

The company doesn’t seem to have a clear path forward, leading to confusion and frustration. I've seen so many talented people leave because of the toxic environment and lack of support. I wish I had listened to the red flags during the interview process. This job has been a huge disappointment.
