HR is completely unhelpful. They ignore complaints and do nothing to protect employees from bullying.
The management team is out of touch with the concerns of their employees. Left hanging for months on a project with no clear goals. If you’re looking for mentorship, look elsewhere. There’s a complete lack of guidance and support for personal growth.

You'll find yourself doing tasks that have nothing to do with your skills or training. The company is overly political, making it impossible to get things done efficiently.
