So much politics , no value of technical knowledge, no learning or technical growth . Only need to mentain a good relation to get good appraisal.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Zephyr, Zapi technologies is very good for me as tester. Learned and learning process is very good. 2 years of Zephyr gave me good knowledge . work like balance is worst. We worked even in midnight's. But overall experience is Good

Work life balance is worst. Many times we worked day and nights. Even most of the weekends
