It is better not to work in Yuvasoft. The work culture there is very bad. There is a lot of politics. Salary is not paid on time. Management is the worst. You will not be able to learn anything.

Dislikes

Working in Yuvasoft is the biggest mistake of my life. Employees are hired there by telling lies and there is absolutely no job security. Without any policy, you can be fired anytime. If you don't have any project for a month, your salary is halved and the next month you are fired from the job. If there is a project, you get salary.If there is no project, you don't get salary. There are some TL who do not know anything and are sitting as TLs for no reason. There are some seniors there who don't work, they do politics....Read More
