If you are good looking woman, they will treat you good until you leave. Increment can good for good looking woman who only care her career nothing else.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture. Rude Management behavior. Humiliating language to juniors. Partial medical facility, Very frequent movement without any safety. i.e. even without reservation/ RAC. No gratuity. PF is negligible
