Likes

The company is very employee friendly. I loved the fact that inspite of being a new comer they encouraged me to give inputs in company's future plans. I also liked the work culture at Ybiz as its very open and stress free. They gave me ample amount of time to grasp things which motivated me to do better

Dislikes

The main office is based in Kurla and thats the only negative point about this place.

I worked as a content developer for a period of 3 months and it was a good learning oppurtunity

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
