I like they way senior management and senior colleagues support you and I learn lots of thing from them we got chance to meet our CEO and founder directly without any senior permission and I learned lots of knowledge from them also

Dislikes

Like every company this company is also have good and bad thing but I never realise bad thing here because all co-worker and seniors are same age so they understand your problems . So bad thing is very little bit here

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
