Transparency in everything make you comfortable when it comes to learning new things but lack of discipline will also push you towards wrong track. Job Security always along with your worth and value.

Dislikes

Excellent teammates which will train you even for hard time. Your growth will be in your hands as you learn you will grow in this company , but travelling is very less because you will be trapped in internal matters and in orders. No wonder why they will not encourage you go out in market .

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
