Except for the hiring process being so smooth, there are no pros.

Dislikes

The company has an extremely toxic culture, especially for its size. Here are some of the main drawbacks: * The CEO/Co-founder of the company operates more like a Kirana shop owner in Delhi, lacking professional ethics. He regularly mistreats employees, primarily due his lack of technical understanding. * Senior staff lack any independent vision and simply follow the CEO’s directives. The quality of their work is very poor. * The tasks assigned to individual contributors are overly demanding and provide no opportunities for personal development. * They refused to pay my full and final settlement (two months’ salary) because I chose to pursue a better job opportunity, which they viewed as an act of betrayal. I strongly advise against joining this company. The toxic environment is overwhelming, and it’s difficult to escape once you’re part of it....Read More

Work company you can work with. Forget work-life balance once you join here. There is no job security and only internal politics. There is no specific HR in this company. It's like a family business and they just make you work. No particular leave policy here. They will lure you saying that there is UNLIMITED LEAVE POLIY, but it's all a scam.
