Work culture, quality of work which we are doing here is always encouraging. We have flexibility to to work in your own space along with client goals and commitments. As I have joined 15 days back only, I would say the onboarding process is smooth, the connect with managers and colleagues are welcoming and warming. You will get the feel that you are at correct place since day 1. Will share the thoughts after couple of months on other areas.
