Never join this company and waste your time . I have spent 2 years and 8 months in xoriant. Lots of unprofessional members inside company . One day Hr will call you and suddenly one roll out bomb drop over you. For fresher please join good MNC as not have good training and exposure in xoriant. There is not good team work culture inxoriant. I was face very terrible experience about my release as I have allready worked very hard in covid situation. There is no value for hard work in Xoriant and also not having growth . Don't waste your time. They make fool of you....Read More

Compensation is not good , High work pressure. Managers do not value an indivisuals. Poor Management and Board.
