Work life balance, no micro management

Dislikes

Health insurance policy is not good, only 5 lakh for family of 4 isn't sufficient. They should work on that. Leave policy is horrible, there is no concept of Sick leave and earned leaves getting lapsed in a calendar year is not a good move. There is no Xoriant internal or external skill development portal like Udemy.

Best company to work for. Good policies which supports employee goodwill and career growth. Many career growth related programs and monthly trainings are provided by company. Company appraisal cycle gives employee a fair chance in career growth and double digit CTC hike. Easily approachable Management makes things easy for employees.

Dislikes

Increase in Politics at middle management was a concern but changes in company's hierarchical structure reduces that to almost extinct level

Xoriant has organized the Java Architect level programs, where I got a chance to learn many more things about the technical, functional architecture etc. Good learning and skill development environment. Good in career growth and opportunities.

Dislikes

Overall, for any upcoming projects the management should have the clarity about the work to be done, and should communicate clearly with the team about the projects.

I worked with different organization before joining Xoriant. I think xoriant should focus towards transforming its work culture and need to understand the approach of new generation working. Also for growth, xoriant should not only focus towards organization perspective, growth should be done with employees growth. They have good clients and all individual client has their own business process and engineering process. As these clients are best in industry due to their process implementation but Xoriant are getting so worried about following their own process which gives so confusion to employees whether they should follow client's process or own xoriant process....Read More
