My experience At Xorinat has been largly positive, but as with any company , there are few areas that could be improved. I believe there could be more focus on structured learning program for the HR team, While the company provides great training opportunities in other departments, the HR team could benefit from a more robust development program that includes not just technical training but also personal development, communication skills.
