I joined Xoriant 2 years ago and since then I have been trusted to take up new responsibilities and the work culture is good [taking the pandemic into consideration]. And personally, the compensation and yearly hikes have been the best among all the companies I have worked with! At the end of the day, all you need as an employee is acknowledgement for your efforts and the deserving compensation - and in both these areas, Xoriant does a fabulous job, thus far!
