Unprofessional and untrustworthy organisation. XLNC Technologies or XLNC International Academy is a company that has seriously damaged the career of many employees. It’s highly unprofessional and fraudulent organisation.

The company posts fake positive reviews on platforms like google, glassdoor , Ambitions Box and Social media . Unprofessional HR manager, HR Lead , Scrum master , Client Success Manager of management team. They interfered in employee personal life, mentally Harassment with employees and torcher . Here are some of the key issues employees have faced : 1) Regular Delay Salary 2) Unstable shifts Timings 3) No Job Security- Termination are after justified with baseless reasons. 4) Unrealistic Notice Period 5) No Proper Exit Documentation 6) Struggle For FNF settlement 7) Disrespect towards Employees 8) Invasive Behaviour, Monitoring Employees Personal Job portal, What’s App chat and call history. 9) scam Involvement - shift the blame entirely into employees. 10) Unsafe Work Environment for Female Employees - Male Housekeeper are assigned to female restroom.
