It's a proper mid tier IT company. The culture isn't toxic and people are generally very decent and welcoming. Many people have been here for better part of the decade. They don't offer much benefits and the appraisals has been pretty bad lately. Don't know whom to blame for this though. They have a exhaustive 90 days notice period.
