Everything are diven by CxOs. If by any chance you fail to get their blessings you can't stay. Very poor sales ok es team. Contracts are full of ambiguies which creates problems during delivery. Contract amendments are varbal or over mail with incomplete information.

It depends on customer. Xebia doesn't have any control. Due to unplanned work every weekend you might have to work.
