I worked in xebia 1 year but my experience was not good. As they hire you on project based project end then you are fired. Don't join xebia Gurgaon look for another opportunity.

Hire and Fire policies. HR and senior management don't have professional ethics how to react with juniors. Anupam banerjee one of the lead will not support you in case of client concern or whenever need for manager support. HR will call you surve 1 month notice period and then you are fired. Don't look positive reviews hr fills all good ratings.

All their projects are in fighter fighting mode as they are obsessed with getting the project by hook or crook. Hence if you are on a project, you will always work in a stressed env which helps you cope up with the pressure

Dislikes

They are teaching others Agile while their own in house projects dont follow agile. If you have been part of the agile team, you hardly get money, appraisals unless you are leaving the project work and working for the agile group. The sales team underestimate and get the project and then the real sufferings start. You are literally forced to work 24/7, and the company takes pride in it.

Learning is a culture here. Every alternate Thursday they arrange XKE knowledge session on various topics. Lots of snacks in the evening. Office infrastructure is great. Good company for Agile consultants. Flat hierarchy which enables easy access to all departments. (Even CEO is easily accessible)

Dislikes

Senior management is diplomatic and focus more on billing and not on work culture. Some projects have torturous environment but some are awesome. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Xebia and learned a lot.

Depends totally on project, managers, team culture . There are lots of learning opportunities in Xebia and due to flat hierarchy of organisation, all people are easily accessible. HR department is supportive and engages employees in lots of activities.
