Xebia clients include a few product based companies, you get to work in-house with them. If the client likes your work, they can shift you over to their own payroll and Xebia is supportive of such shifts.

Dislikes

The company is still small in scale, there internal communications and practices are nascent and underdeveloped. There's a massive communication gap between employees, HR and leadership. I, personally, was mislead with regards to the breakdown of my offer letter. And it wasn't until 6 months later that I found out the about the reality.

Growing company, since this is somewhat a service company the work culture will depend on the client mostly. Some are very good and good for growth but some are worst. There are good policies. Extra pay on non working days if we work. They provide study materials to expand our knowledge.

Dislikes

Overall good company. Some clients are very difficult to handle even our project manager can't handle. Hike, you won't be happy.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
